Assalamualaikum.

Ok, as promise, i read the book. A muslim Boy's guide to to life big changes. Yes, i am very satisfied with the content. The writer Mr Sami Khan wrote this book as if it was a letter to his younger brother. Here are some of the content i like to share. its a about Your belief towards big changes in your life as Muslim boy's.

To my Younger brother, Fahmi.

Your Belief.

The word 'islam' means peace and obedience. which is made by 5 basic pillars.

• Shahadah: Statement of belief

• Salah(solat): Five times daily prayers

• Zakah: Giving our wealth to the less fortunate

• Sawm: Fasting in Ramadhan

• Haji: visiting Allah's House

At this stage of life my brother, you should be aware of Shahadah, Salah, and Sawm for your daily life.

The first part of Shahadah is believing in the Oneness of Allah or tawheed. this means believing that there is only one Allah who has no partners or family; that Allah always has been and always will be; that He created everything and there is none like Him.

Scientist can boost about their achievements but the fact is that they cannot even create a single atom from nothing let alone the the whole complex and beautiful universe that Allah alone has created. The opposite of tawheed is shirk, which means not believing in the Oneness of Allah and associating Him with someone or something else. So, whenever you are facing a hard time, remember that Allah is the best friend and helper you could have.

Remember Fahmi, Allah has given us so much and in order to show Him how grateful we are and how much we love Him, we must pray and perform salah five times a day. Salah is a chance for you to take time out from the routine of the day and become closer to Allah. It is a time for you to show your gratitude, ask forgiveness for your sins, ask for help, guidance and directions.

Ideally Fahmi, you should have started to pray from the age of seven and certainly from the age of ten. If you havent, then it is never to late to start because Allah is very Kind and Forgiving. It is IMPORTANT that you take your time out of you schedule to offer your salah at the right time, whether you are at home or at schoolor out and about.

I'm gone back to my hometown last thursday and really really had a good time with my friends and my little brother fazrin who came out of no where. :P. ok, straight to the point. sedang aku belek2 almari buku kat dalam bilik aku tu. tiba2 i found this:

oh, yea. i got this as a present from my uncle on my 15th birthday. well, basically, back then, i'm not really into books though. so, i don't really read it then :P well, to people who basically, read this blog, let us together go through this book. which all of a sudden, maybe due to the effect of aging, i am so interested to know every info this book can provide.

About Sami Khan.

i couldnt find anything about the writer of this book via google. all i can find is this celebrity named adnan sami khan. well at least i got some info here from the book itself.

Sami Khan was born in 1980 and lives and works in Oxford. Much of Sami's day is spent learning about and embracing the challenges and needs of Muslim youth of today. Sami enjoys badminton, is a great fan of the classic game 'Tetris' and is actively involve in fundraising for charity.

Seriously people, thats all i get about Sami Khan the writer of this book. man...mysterious weyhh.(konon)

on the next entry i'll share with you people, the first chapter of this book which is: Your Belief.

My all time favorite heroes.(on TV)

kids nowadays, they just love BEN 10 so much. at first, i just dunno why, but after some not so critical thinking..its pretty much the same as me being 10-12 year old. so stand aside kids nowadays. we gonna go classic today. hoho

ULTRAMAN

ok, yang ni memang my all time favoritelah masa aku kecik dulu. teringat plak, kalau nak amek gambar je, pose mesti nak macam ultraman tengah fire rasaksa.kalo jalan jalan kat MP ke, JUSCO ayer keroh kerr..nampak je mainan ultraman, red alertlah duit parents aku dulu..hehe tapi dulu memang ultraman paling cool. tengoklah sampai sekarang kot ultraman bertahan. tapi sekarang punya ultraman tak best ah macam dulu. barangkali, aku dah hilang stim nak layan ultraman. but overall, ULTRAMAN TARO GAK TERBAEK.

DRAGON BALL

ha, this one, memang menjadi fav bukan saja untuk gua, tapi seluruh kanak kanak di Malaysia masa umur aku around 9-10 tahun dulu. yes people, kita beli komik dragon ball every months ok, tak pernah miss. tapi ade sedikit kisah pahit disebalik 7 biji dragon ball ni. mase aku 11 tahun, koleksi komik dragon gua yang telah berjaya dikumpul dari nombor 1-43 telah dibakar oleh ayah gua kerana prestasi yang merosot dalam peperiksaan akhir tahun. terkilan gak ah gua masa tu, tapi bila difikirkan balik, hmm untuk masa depan gua...YES. DRAGON BALL ADA 7 BIJI SEMUANYA.

TO BE CONTINUED...:) dah malas nak naip.

kadang kala, si RAMBOT.

Kadang kala,

kadang kala, RAMBOT sering berbicara tentang, cara dia berfikir. betapa terbukanya dia. modennya dia. wow. orang ini salah, orang itu salah. sering kali menuding jari. tapi..

sedar tak wahai RAMBOT,

Kau tidak pernah lihat kelemahan di dalam diri kau. sudah tidak terlihat, tidak mahu mengubah. Kau tidak pernah mengendah cara mereka melayan engkau. malah, terfikirkah engkau tentang masa depan engkau. setiap kali, engkau memerlukan seseorang. bantuan mereka adalah segalanya untuk kau wahai RAMBOT. ingatlah, satu hari nanti, tiba juga masanya dimana engkau perlu berdiri di atas kaki sendiri. namun, kukuhkah kaki mu itu? hanya mengharapkan sokongan daripada manusia yang engkau katakan kawan.

kawan atau MAINAN?.

belajarlah berdikari. fikirkanlah masa depan mu itu. KAU KATA CARA KAU BETUL DAN MEMBUAHKAN HASIL. TAPI, MANA USAHAMU? :) Ingatlah RAMBOT, kadang kala, bila kita dipandang hina, ia adalah petunjuk yang kita telah tersasar daripada landasan yang betul.cerminlah dirimu, carilah kelemahanmu, dan cuba untuk melangkauinya. ia bukan bermaksud mereka menghina kerana kau berbeza, tapi, ENGKAU SUDAH TERSILAP DALAM MENGORAK LANGKAHMU. Ingatlah pada yang Satu. lakukanlah apa yang disuruh. elakkanlah apa yang dilarang dan dilaknati. Moga hidup kau, diterangi sinarNya.

aku tidak sehebat mana untuk berbicara, tapi, aku tahu asas asas kehidupan kita sebagai muslim. aku juga punyai kelemahan. namun, tiap hari ku mencuba, mengatasi kelemahan itu. tidak sekarang, habis bila?

p/s: karutan buat Rambot. Cermin sahaja yang boleh menjadi teman baik kau. :)
